Refund Policy

At Dan Foods, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our fresh food products, our refund policy is subject to the following conditions:
 

1. Non-Refundable Items

All sales are final. Since we sell fresh, perishable, and pre-packed food products, refunds or exchanges are not available unless under specific conditions.
 

2. Eligible Refund/Replacement Cases

  • Product arrived damaged or spoiled.

  • Product received is different from what was ordered.

  • Incorrect quantity or type delivered.
     

3. Refund Request Conditions

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • Provide clear photos of the issue (damaged or wrong product).

  • Product must be unused and in its original packaging.
     

4. Compensation Options

Depending on the case, we may offer:

  • Free product replacement
